Florida traffic and speeding tickets can cost you a lot more than you think. Before you let a citation ruin your Florida driving record there are a number of thing you should consider.
If you pay your ticket, it’s an automatic admission and adjudication of guilt on your driving record. In addition, points will be assessed for all moving violations toward a license suspension. Often, insurance companies use this information as a justification to raise your insurance rates.
In most cases, we advise prospective clients that they should not pay their tickets until we can review the merits of the case. In many cases, we can help reduce or eliminate potential points, and best of all, our clients are not required to make a court appearance.
