TixNix - Traffic Tickets are an undeclared "Sin Tax"

The problem does not end with law enforcement agencies. Liability insurance companies often use traffic law violations as reason to raise a driver's mandatory liability insurance premiums or even drop drivers from coverage. A 10-40% rate hike can mean big bucks out of your pocket over months or years of payments.
